Yet another action and family drama movie, titled ‘Kasam Khoon Ki’ was directed by famous director, Ashok Roy. The movie casted Jeetendra and Sulakshana Pandit in lead roles whereas other actors like Prem Chopra, Asrani, Madan Puri, Aruna Irani, Shakti Kapoor, Amzad Khan, Farida Jalal, Jankidas, Sujit Kumar, Asit Sen, Nirupa Roy etc were also casted in significant roles. It was released under the banner of Tripathi Pictures in the year 1977. Famous playback singers like Mohammad Rafi, Sulakshana Pandit, Kanchan, Kishore Kumar and Mahendra Kapoor gave their beautiful voice while the composition was given by Kalyanji-Anandji. Lyrics of the famous songs were written by Varma Malik and the movie was proved to be above average at the box office. Songs of the movie are listed below:

Jeetendra was the first choice of director, Ashok Roy for the role of Kishan who lives a poor lifestyle in his palatial house alongwith his younger sister. Also his sister has reached to a marriageable age and for this reason Kishan tries his hard to get a suitable groom for her. Later he does find a groon who is the son of Dharamdas (Jankidas). Also Dharamdas has demanded an amount for the marriage which Kishan has to fulfill. It requires an amount of twenty five thousand rupees in less than six months to get his sister married with him. Everyone tell him that it is almost impossible to earn that much of money within the given time. Other way to earn the amount is to get involve in smuggling, drugs, and robberies which Kishan refuses to do.
Later he decides to re-locate to Bombay where he thinks he can earn money. Soo he goes to Bombay and tries hard. Also he gets some success in his task. Later one day he meets a man named Gafoore Mistry (Asrani) with whome he developes a friendship. As a result, they set out to accumulate the money, trying all sorts of chores including stunt driving for movies. Similarly one day Kishan comes across a young and gorgeous woman named Radha (Sulakshana Pandit) who is in trouble created by some hoodlums. Kishan rescues her and then he comes to know that her brother named Laxman (Sujit Kumar) is imprisoned for the murder which he did not commit. Also he is to be hanged soon. Then Kishan decides to help Laxman.
